SolEZGate is not a payment gateway, payment processor, money transmitter, or financial service provider. SolEZGate is a content gating tool that verifies on-chain Solana transactions. All payments are peer-to-peer transfers executed directly on the Solana blockchain by the buyer's wallet. SolEZGate never holds, custodies, processes, or has control over any user funds at any time.
SolEZGate does not create, host (except encrypted files on decentralized storage), review, approve, endorse, or take any responsibility for content shared by creators on this platform. Creators are solely and entirely responsible for:
Because all transactions occur directly on the Solana blockchain as peer-to-peer transfers, SolEZGate has no ability to issue refunds, reverse transactions, or mediate payment disputes. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible by design. Buyers should exercise due diligence before making payments. Any disputes regarding content should be resolved directly between the buyer and creator.

Files uploaded through SolEZGate are encrypted client-side (AES-256-GCM) and stored on decentralized storage infrastructure. While SolEZGate takes reasonable measures to maintain file availability, we cannot guarantee permanent file availability due to the nature of distributed storage systems. Files can only be accessed with the corresponding decryption key, which is envelope-encrypted for additional security. SolEZGate is not responsible for data loss resulting from storage infrastructure issues, service disruptions, or any other factors beyond our control.
Downloaded files may contain watermarks identifying the buyer's wallet address for content tracing purposes. Unauthorized redistribution of purchased content may be traced back to the buyer through these watermarks.
Important: SolEZGate's content protection features (PDF watermarks, YouTube URL hiding) are designed as deterrents against casual sharing, not as Digital Rights Management (DRM) or absolute copy protection. Technically sophisticated users may be able to remove watermarks or extract video URLs.
If you are concerned about users redistributing your work, SolEZGate is not a substitute for dedicated DRM or content protection platforms. Creators who require strong copy protection should consider enterprise solutions specifically designed for that purpose. SolEZGate is a lightweight content gating tool — not a content security platform.
